Akuri Nala-

Akuri Nala, a waterfall, is popularly known as the natural air conditioner of the district of 

Koriya as it experiences a cool temperature even during summers. Surrounded by forests and rocks, 

this beautiful waterfall is located near Bansipur village. A nearby waterfall can also be visited 

which is covered by rocks spread over an area of 100 m. The site is around 12 km from Aklasari and 

can be reached through buses and taxis available from Baikunthpur on the Sonhat road.

Gavar Ghat -

Gavar Ghat Waterfall is located on the River Hadso and is surrounded by forests and rocks. This 

waterfall is situated at a height of around 60 ft with a width of 10 ft. Tourists can also visit 

another waterfall located in the Tarra Village which is around 5 km from Gavar Ghat Waterfall. 

This waterfall is easily accessible through buses and taxis available from Baikunthpur.About 


Ramdhara Waterfall  -                    

Ramdhara Waterfall is situated on the banks of the River Banas at an altitude between 100 ft to 

120 ft. The waterfall has a width of around 25 ft and is surrounded by rocks and forests. It is 

situated in the Bhavarkhoh village nearby Baikunthpur.
